Shipping
How long does shipping take? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then shipped. Estimated delivery is [5–8 business days] within the continental United States. You'll receive tracking info by email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally? No, we currently only ship within the United States.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies to approved returns. See our full [Refund & Return Policy] for details.
My item arrived damaged or defective. What do I do? Contact us at hello@vintome.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
How long do refunds take? Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

How do I clean it? The bowl and blade are removable for easy washing. The motor/lid unit should never be submerged in water — wipe it with a damp cloth only.

Orders & Payment

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Contact us at hello@vintome.com as soon as possible. We can only cancel or modify orders that haven't been processed for shipping yet.
