Products & Pricing All prices, descriptions, and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel any order at our sole discretion — including after payment has been processed, in which case you will be refunded.

Shipping & Delivery Estimated delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Vintome is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds Governed entirely by our Refund & Return Policy, incorporated here by reference. No refunds or returns are accepted outside the terms stated there.

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vintome and its owners/employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or its products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Product Disclaimer Products are sold "as is" and intended for general consumer use as described on the product page. Buyer assumes responsibility for following included instructions and safety warnings. Vintome disclaims all warranties beyond those required by law.

Assumption of Risk By purchasing an electric kitchen appliance from this Site, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of using electrical and bladed kitchen devices, and agree to use the product only as intended and instructed.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Eskilstuna, Sweden.
